ABOUT ME

Hi, I am Kea McKoy. I am a certified coach and have been teaching, mentoring, and advising groups and individuals for over 10 years. I believe achieving the success you desire for your life, family, and business is within your reach; all you need is a guide. I have over 20 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, focusing on operations and program management in youth development, having served in numerous roles, including Executive Director. I love helping people think strategically about their careers and find solutions to everyday challenges. I hold a BA in Psychology from Elon University and am pursuing my Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University.
